On The Rocks

BD214The idea of this edition of Brain Damage comes to us from Brett in Tampa Florida.  The concept is Floyd songs that rock. He came up with a pretty good selection of  songs that rock, in his opinion (and mine), in no specific order.  Here’s Brett’s playlist. Enjoy!

If you have any suggestions for a themed playlist, email them to me at thedoctor@floydpodcast.com

  1. This podcast makes absolutely no sense without SHEEP. By far one of the most rockinest of all Pink Floyd songs ever. More rocking that 90% of what’s on here.

The wisdom of being out of range. Good show anyway. Hugs. 🙂

  2. Doc, I’ve been listening to these podcasts for years and they make a difference in my life. This last one is, once again, fantastic. Your program is what I’ve been waiting for since I started listening to PF in 1972. No more crappy sounding bootlegs. I’m very grateful, appreciate and in your debt for all your efforts. Cheers! Alex

    • Ditto Alex….Ditto David…Ditto EMMFAO (enjoyed my muthaf**kin ass off)
Thanks Doc – gonna donate one of these days (but I promise not to cut you into little pieces) 😉

      • It was certainly worth the wait. Nice mix Doc, and wonderful selection Brett!
Someone on a forum was mentioning mixing a few floyd songs back together that were originally ordered differently or split up on album, just like you did with The Nile Song/Ibiza Bar. Specifically, putting together Breathe/Any Color You Like/Breathe Reprise. And of course, Shine on 1-9.
