Live In Brussels

For this installment, we go back to 5th of December 1972, Brussels Belgium. The recording was produced by a taper named “OPUS 5”, it is a very good to borderline excellent stereo recording but it needed some help. I explain more in the podcast but its all doctored up for supersound! We also close the podcast with a new track by Jon Carin!  Here’s the playlist!  Please consider a small donation?  Thank you for your support!

  1. thnx, as always, but just for the record, it is not:
    “Forst National Park”
but either “Vorst Nationaal” (Flemish/Dutch spelling) or “Forest National” (Wallon/French spelling)

or if you prefer “Forest National” (as in FR) in english as stated on their site:

  2. One of those shows that makes you want to be about 10-15 years older. Thank you so much for this! I bet Childhoods End felt like a palate cleanser for them after Axe and Echoes! 🙂

  3. Superb quality: kudos Doc for all the aural effort put in ( he boys, Nick alone with his current project, surely approve / admire): and surely no doubt you put the RW intro song (if overlooked in ya commentary) as also tribute to Dame VL who went to her gig in the sky just this June – at 103!

  4. Fabulous, I have really enjoyed Brussels Affair. This is so much clearer, less hiss. wider listening on my phones. Dave’s guitar shines. Many thanks Doc.
